Mysore is one up on Bangalore- The Times of India

Hey techies looks likeMysore is one up on Bangalore. I was happy but also surprised on this achievement of the royal city.
Living in Bangalore for 8 years I have always known Mysore to the city of kings and to have a laid back and slow life.

Happy Independence Day

This is the link to PM's I-day speech. I missed being home and watching it live on tv. I'm used to watching the Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations live. Our Indian association also had a small ceremony, simple and sweet as it is supposed to be, unfortunately I wasn't able to go. But it really made me very happy to see our flag flying high as it always does.

It is a refreshing change to see some people haven't taken their success to their head and are firmly standing on the ground. I think this is the secret of his success. It is also close to my heart, as it is about an Indian tycoon with Indian middle class values which is very difficult to find.
